I offer professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to creative shoots, commercial projects, and visual content production. Each project is subject to a written agreement or booking confirmation that defines the specific terms, pricing, and usage rights.
3. Copyright & Usage
All images, videos, and related materials on this website are the intellectual property of Amara Soris and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
When you purchase or book a photoshoot, you receive a license to use the final images for the agreed purpose (e.g. personal, commercial, or editorial).
Raw or unedited files are not included unless otherwise stated.
4. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or written agreement has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in delivery delays or cancellation.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may result in a fee.
If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or weather), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of your deposit.
6. Delivery & Editing
Final images and videos are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
All editing and color grading are done in my signature style.
Additional retouching requests may be subject to extra fees.
7. Privacy
All personal information shared through this website or during booking is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and professional experience, I am not liable for technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or any indirect loss resulting from the use of my services or this website.
